Emotionen und Traumata aus der Vergangenheit können tief in unserem Körpergedächtnis gespeichert sein und unser alltägliches Leben unbewusst prägen: wie wir denken, fühlen und (re)agieren und auch, wie wir Beziehungen gestalten.
In diesem Retreat lernst Du eine (bekleidete) Tantrisch-Taoistische Ganzkörpermassage kennen, mit der emotionale Wunden aus der Vergangenheit geheilt und tiefsitzende Blockaden gelöst werden können.
Du lernst, dass anhand von bestimmten Berührungs-, Energie- und Atemtechniken, (jahrelang) unterdrückte Gefühle an die Oberfläche kommen können, um verarbeitet und aufgelöst zu werden. Dadurch kann die eigene Lebensenergie ins Fließen gebracht werden, was uns mit mehr Leichtigkeit, Freude, Lebendigkeit und Liebe durchs Leben gehen lässt.
Das Retreat bietet Dir einen sicheren Raum, in dem Du tiefe Berührung erfahren und alle Gefühle zulassen darfst: von Traurigkeit, Wut, Misstrauen, Scham und Schuld, bis hin zu Lust, Glückseligkeit und Ekstase. Es ermöglicht eine intensive, transformative Erfahrung, die Dir dabei helfen kann, wieder auf einer tieferen Ebene mit Dir selbst verbunden zu sein – und dadurch auch mit Deinen Mitmenschen und dem großen Ganzen.
Für wen ist dieses Retreat / Voraussetzungen
Es ist für alle, die sich selbst auf einer tieferen Ebene begegnen wollen, um sich persönlich oder spirituell weiterzuentwickeln. Es kann als Grundlage für die Ausbildung zum Emotional Detox Therapist genutzt werden. Die Teilnahme ist als Single, Paar oder Einzelperson möglich (ab 21 Jahren). Es sind keinerlei Vorkenntnisse nötig.

Das Retreat wird geleitet von Martina und Ricardo aus Deutschland sowie ihrem Lehrer und Supervisor Mal aus Sri Lanka, dem Gründer der Tantric Journey School of Healing and Awakening.

Emotions and traumas from the past can be stored in our body’s memory and unconsciously shape our daily lives: how we think, feel, and (re)act, as well as how we form relationships.
In this retreat, you will learn a (clothed) Tantric-Taoist full-body massage designed to heal emotional wounds from the past and dissolve deep-seated blockages. You will learn that through the art of certain touch, energy, and breathing techniques, feelings that have been suppressed (for years) can rise to the surface to be processed and resolved. This allows your natural life force to flow freely again, enabling you to navigate life with more ease, joy, vitality, and love.
The retreat offers you a safe space where you can experience profound touch and allow all feelings to surface: from sadness, anger, mistrust, shame, and guilt, to desire, bliss, and ecstasy. It facilitates an intense, transformative experience that can help you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level – and through that, with your fellow human beings and the greater whole.
Who is this retreat for / Requirements:
Es It is for anyone who wants to connect with themselves on a deeper level in order to grow personally or spiritually. It can serve as a foundation for training to become an Emotional Detox Therapist. You can participate as a single person, a couple, or an individual (aged 21 at least). No prior experience is necessary.

The retreat is led by Martina and Ricardo from Germany, together with their teacher and supervisor Mal from Sri Lanka, the founder of the T antric Journey School of
Healing and Awakening.
Course fee:
single 1200 €* / couple 1900 €* (payment in installments is possible)
plus costs for accommodation and organic full board at Rosenwaldhof ranging between 460 and 740 € (depending on room category)
