DESCRIPTION:(For english version see below) \nIn diesem Retreat lernst du\, dass Emotionen und Traumata im Körper gespeichert sind und dass sie unser alltägliches Leben beeinflussen. Du lernst Ganzkörpermassagen mit bestimmten Berührungs-\, Energie- und Atemtechniken kennen\, um emotionale Wunden zu heilen und tiefsitzende Blockaden zu lösen. \nDadurch kann die eigene Lebensenergie wieder ins Fließen gebracht werden\, was uns mit mehr Leichtigkeit\, Vitalität\, Freude\, Kreativität und Liebe durchs Leben gehen\nlässt. \nDas Retreat bietet einen sicheren und unterstützenden Raum\, in dem tiefe Berührung erfahren und das gesamte Spektrum der menschlichen Emotionen zum Ausdruck gebracht werden darf – von Traurigkeit\, Wut\, Scham und Schuld bis hin zu Freude\, Lust und Ekstase. Dies ermöglicht eine transformative Erfahrung\, die dabei hilft\, wieder auf einer tieferen Ebene mit sich selbst und anderen verbunden zu sein. \nWährend des Retreats sind alle Teilnehmenden bekleidet. \n \n \nVoraussetzungen für die Teilnahme\nTeilnehmer*innen müssen mindestens 21 Jahre alt sein. Through the art\nof full-body massage\, guided by specific techniques of touch\, energy work\, and conscious breath\, you will learn to gently release deep-seated emotional wounds and\ndissolve inner blockages. \nThis powerful process allows your natural life force to flow freely once again – opening the door to more ease\, vitality\, joy\, creativity\, and love.\nThe retreat of fers a safe\, nurturing environment where you are invited to experience profound touch and to express the full spectrum of human emotion – from sadness\,\nanger\, shame\, and guilt to joy\, pleasure\, and even ecstasy.
